Deep Woods Estate Chardonnay is made with fruit sourced from across Margaret River, the most geographically isolated wine region in the world.

Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts. The wine is left to mature on lees for six months in new and seasoned French oak, imparting texture and length.

Pale straw, Deep Woods Estate Chardonnay is medium bodied with bright fruit flavours and underlying minerality. Cellaring potential is three years.
